We will manage personal data provided by customers appropriately and will not offer or disclose it to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• With the customer’s agreement.
• Where it is necessary, for legitimate reasons, to disclose it to our sub-contractors.
• Where it is necessary to cooperate with government authorities in exceptional circumstances.
• Where we are legally obliged to disclose it.

Where a customer requests confirmation, correction or deletion of his/her personal data, subject to confirmation of identity, we will respond promptly within reasonable and necessary bounds.

We will comply with Japanese law and other regulations applicable to the personal data we hold and endeavor to review and improve the details of this policy as appropriate.
